Chris has been growing global businesses since 1996, when he established the Shanghai office of international consulting firm ERM.
Chris led consulting projects worldwide for WSP and ERM for 16 years, from 1996 to 2012, completing projects for dozens of Fortune 500 manufacturers and brands in over 50 countries. During this period, Chris also originated or led direct investment and acquisitions in the US, China, and Australia, started up new offices in the US, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and drove business results from global strategic partnerships.

Rob has spent over 20 years in Asia focused in procurement, sourcing, product development and supply chain management. He was the Director of Strax Hong Kong from 2003 to 2007 heading their mobile phone accessory procurement. In 2007 he co-founded Conversant Products, and went from under $1 million annual revenue to over $23 million in 5 years. Headcount in Hong Kong went from 2 to 90 and a second faculty was opened in the Philippines to double that. Conversant Products is currently one of the largest global suppliers and refurbishers of mobile phone components and displays servicing customers such as Foxconn, Celestica, Jabil Circuit and Sprint.
Keith is a veteran of software startups and technology development, skilled at molding new technology into products and services to bring to market. His first startup IPO'd providing IT application development tools and services to Fortune 500 clients. His second startup Webspective was acquired and provided high-scale networking (CDN) tools. In startup Teleplace he delivered VR (virtual reality) collaboration. Keith also delivered innovation process and results for Palm/HP and LG Electronics, including new connected car business models. His team open-sourced the webOS operating system for HP and transformed it into the industry-leading LG webOS Smart TV experience on millions of TV's.
